1. Choose any design you like, T-shirt color and size.
2. Click add to cart or buy it now button.
3. Proceed to checkout and fill in your personal details and payment details.
4. Last Click Complete Order, follow the payment instructions and don't close the website. We advise to maintain stable internet connection for smooth transaction.
5. Receive an email for order confirmation.
6. We will send the tracking number once your order is shipped through JNT express and wait for the courier to call you.

Our Printing Process
All products are printed only when an order is placed. We ensure every item is freshly printed for each customer.
You may choose between our Premium 100% Cotton for maximum comfort or Basic 70% Cotton / 30% Polyester blend for everyday durability.

Note: While we strive for accuracy, the colors of the final print may differ slightly from the digital preview on your device. Variations in screen brightness, display technology, and the printing process on fabric can cause slight shifts in hue.
What are your estimated delivery times?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. NCR orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Luzon orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while VizMin orders may take 7-12 business days. (excluding weekend, holidays and depends on weather condition).
As of the moment we only ship and deliver within the Philippines.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress --> JTEXPRESS
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact shipping fee during checkout before confirming your purchase.

What currency is used for pricing?
All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you are ordering from outside the Philippines or bulk orders, kindly send an email or message us in our socials.

Refund/Replacement Procedure
Return/Replacement policy
Before proceeding please read our eligibility requirement first.
To request a replacement or refund, Follow the process below and submit a Customer Support form with the required proof within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process..
Please note that replacements must meet our policy requirements.
- Video and photo proof of the pouch being opened with the error.
- Customer Support form submitted within 7 days of when the item arrived.
If an error occurs during production (e.g., incorrect print, sizing, or defective items), we will replace the item at no extra charge.

is committed to ensuring the quality of our products and service. We offer refunds or replacements for production errors, which include damaged items and missing orders.
Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- An item arrives damaged due to a production error.
- An item is missing from your order.
To be eligible, you must provide video or photo proof of the package being opened, clearly showing the error, and submit a Customer Support form within 7 days of the item's arrival.
Limitations
Refunds or replacements are limited as follows:
1. If only one item in a multi-item order is missing or damaged, the refund or replacement will only apply to that specific item, not the entire order.
2. You may not request a refund for the entire order if only one item is missing or damaged.
3. Refunds are not provided for changes to orders after they have been placed, or for non-accommodation of changes. Changes to the order details and specifications include changing the design of the item, changing the payment status of the order, putting the order on hold, or any other related changes. Any changes to be applied to the order after it has already been placed is automatically exempted from our replacement policy. Note also that non-accommodation of changes is not grounds for our refund policy.
4. Refunds are not provided for slight variations in garment size (±1 inch), or slight differences in product colors due to display settings and printing processes.
5. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for minor imperfections, including but not limited to loose threads or small stains.
Wash and Care Instructions
How should i wash the T-shirt?
1. Wash Inside Out: Turn your garment inside out before placing it in the washer. This helps protect the prints from friction during the wash cycle.
2. Use Cold Water: Always wash your garments in cold or cool water (30-40°C). Hot water can cause shrinking and damage to the prints.
3. Use a Mild Detergent: Choose a gentle detergent, avoiding harsh chemicals, bleach, or fabric softeners to prevent damage to the garment and the prints.
4. Opt for a Gentle Cycle: Select a delicate or gentle cycle on your washing machine to minimize agitation and stress on the prints.
5.Hand Wash if Possible: Hand washing is the gentlest option for preserving prints, though it may not always be practical.
What is the proper drying?
1. Use a Dryer on Low Heat: If you must use a dryer, choose the coolest setting to minimize the risk of shrinking or damaging the prints. Remove the garment promptly once dry.
2. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Do not dry garments with prints in direct sunlight, as this can cause fading and discoloration.
3. Do Not Dry Clean: Dry cleaning chemicals can damage prints, so it’s best to avoid this method altogether.
Can I iron the T-shirt?
Yes,
1. Turn Garment Inside Out: Before ironing, turn the garment inside out to prevent direct contact between the iron and the prints.
2. Set Iron to Low Heat: Use the lowest heat setting suitable for the fabric, typically labeled as “delicate” or “silk” on the iron.
3. Use a Pressing Cloth: Place a pressing cloth, such as a thin cotton cloth, over the prints to act as a protective barrier. This prevents heat damage and ensures safe ironing.
4. Iron with Gentle Pressure: Apply light, even pressure and move the iron in small circular motions. Avoid holding the iron in one spot for too long.
5. Check and Cool: After ironing, lift the pressing cloth periodically to check the prints. Allow the garment to cool completely before wearing or washing again.
